IBM has been asking SCO to point to any and all violations of copyright. Today the judge in the case ruled that SCO must provide a complete list of any violations within 30 days, or else. http://www.groklaw.net/article.php?story=20031205161348100
Interesting reading. Apparently SCO has been trying to pry the source code for AIX out of IBM (maybe just to be more of a nuisance...). IBM says why: the code to Linux is out there and open for all to see, why do you want to look at AIX. The judge told SCO - no! Two wins for IBM today :-) Jon -- TriLUG mailing list : http://www.trilug.org/mailman/listinfo/trilug TriLUG Organizational FAQ : http://trilug.org/faq/ TriLUG Member Services FAQ : http://members.trilug.org/services_faq/ TriLUG PGP Keyring : http://trilug.org/~chrish/trilug.asc
