Generally, I think, most job posts to the list are fairly reliable. The effort to find the list address, note that it's a linux list and match up the job description is above the average level of what I imagine spammers want to go through. That said, however, you do have to realize that anyone can post to the list and even though posts by non-subscribers get held, if it looks like they're at all on topic they get approved without much fuss. In this case, I was the one that approved this message. I have no clue if the person that posted it is legit or not, but I thought it looked good enough to give him the benefit of the doubt.
