We use two tools at my job, which is a Perl Web house:
1) Verisign Payflow Pro ... I adopted this and it's pretty nice. The one cool feature is that you can post credits/voids based on their PNREF # that they give you. This is useful b/c it eliminates the liability of storing credit cards.
2) USA ePay. We just started using these guys for another project and they are great. The don't do the post credit based on a ref #, but I'm told they're working on it. They do offer a (much) cheaper solution, especially with the fraud detection and recurring billing add-ons that Verisign charges extra for. USA ePay is also very responsive to my support queries.
