I'm partial to pair.com
They have a plan which is 15GB transfer/800MB space/5 MySQL/50
mailboxes for $17.95. One of the best parts is that you can add on
extra domains fo $1/month that share the account resources. They have
a pretty impressive data center. The boxes are all FreeBSD.
I also like their DNS services a lot (http://www.pairnic.com). Their
management interfaces are very straight forward, and don't inundate
you with advertising like a lot of other services.
