I did find a project that's close to what I wanted, but i ahvent spent much time evaluating it. Will probably find some time later this week to try it out.
Its called WebHuddle (www.webhuddle.com) and it has a demo online if you want to try it out. I tried the demo and its quite impressive.
If someone else has tried out or is aware of other similar stuff, i'd like to hear about it !
