This morning I got the following on a Debian Testing box after running apt-get upgrade:
The following packages have been kept back: locales I tried dpkg-reconfigure locales selecting both en-us choices and then apt-get upgrade. Same message. I also tried apt-get dist-upgrade with no luck. Any ideas?
