Daniel Chen rocks! This should be a nice, relaxed and educational
presentation. I look forward to it. :)

Challenge 4 U: Red Hat says they will be teaching video capture and
such in their offered summer programs. To date, I'm not familiar with
an EASY to use way to do this. Maybe I'm calling you out (not on
purpose) but can you show up RH with an easy Ubuntu way? DV video
captured, produced and burned to DVD all easily... wow, that'd be nice
to see in Linux. :) (not meaning to steer you to one particular
topic, this just stuck out in my mind from what RH wanted to do this
summer.)

Daniel Chen, a developer in the Ubuntu Linux project, will be
presenting on the new release of Ubuntu Linux, 6.06, a.k.a. "Dapper
Drake," Which was released June 1. This release marks the first Ubuntu
LTS (or Long Term Support) release.

Daniel Chen is an alumnus of UNC Chapel Hill, class of 2002. He is
currently a computer science lecturer at North Carolina A&T State
University in Greensboro and will be pursuing a doctoral degree when
he realises he doesn't need to sleep anyway.

In his role as an Ubuntu developer he oversees all things
sound-related, and acts as a maintainer of Ubuntu's
community-supported packages.

In his spare time he has lucid dreams of building houses.
