I have an Lenovo T60 Thinkpad that I purchased two days ago. I have installed Redhat Enterprise WS 4, ver. 2 on this laptop, but I noticed that it did pick up my nic card which is a Intel PRO/1000 PL Networking Connection adapter. I have tried googling, site searches, speaking to both Intel and Lenovo to see if I could get the proper drivers for this internal nic but it seems I am stymied at almost every turn. Does anyone know where I can get the correct linux drivers\rpm for this nic card?, again it is a Intel PRO/1000 PL Networking Connection card for an Lenovo\IBM T60 Thinkpad laptop. The intel site was absolutely of no help and both intel and Lenovo kept passing the buck to one another. Very frustrating.

PS, the BIOS is up to date.

You really need to go to update4. The kernel for Update 4 will support
that networking out of the box. If you have a subscription then you
need to only issue the command:

up2date -u

and off you go.
