Matt, I had a lot of success with their higher-end models. They were sleek, ran well, and were just overall good machines. Their budget models, however, were absolutely god awful. So I guess it really depends on what end of the spectrum you're looking at. I had an account with them and they were pretty easy to deal with other than the language barrier.
