Skats was owned by Bodie Noel. They are headquartered in Rocky Mount.
Bodie Noel also have a Hardees franchise
I also think that Hardees sued Bodie Noel because they copied Hardees
Husky burger in their Skats among other things. I believe this is why
the Skats closed.
