I hope iKonaK doesn't mind if I look for a little clarification. I'm new to
all this IceCat vs. ABrowser business. I've been reading the threads about
IceCat and here's what I understand. Please correct me if I'm wrong, or if
you have anything to add....
1) IceCat is FSF approved.... but ... is not included in Trisquel because of
bugs, etc... although situation is under review depending on IceCats
stability.
2) As an alternative, Trisquel includes it's own modified Firefox browser
called ABrowser. This browser gets updated by Trisquel updates and is
supported by Trisquel.
3) Although this arrangement suits most people there are still some who
prefer IceCat (I'm not sure why) and would like to install it in Trisquel.
Is that the situation?
