You might also try http://www.eightvirtues.com/ -- of course, I have a soft  
spot for this company because they named it after Ultima IV (one of my  
favorite games when I was a kid), but also because they seem to specialize in  
Ubuntu -- I haven't tested them, but I would be willing to bet they would put  
Trisquel on one of their computers for you :) (under "Select your OS" there  
is an option for "Other - please specify in notes")
