As far as I remember the default setting, Trisquel's Web browser *accepts*  
all cookies by default. That said, the configuration can be altered from the  
tab "Privacy" (translated from French, may be different) in the Preferences  
window of the browser. In the "rules of conservation" (again a translation),  
you can choose to use customized setting what allows then to define per-site  
exceptions to the general rule (accept or reject every cookie).
