I do not understand what you mean by "redistributing Trisquel". Handing a  
Live CD to a friend is "redistributing". Maybe you meant "rebuilding":

You will probably not understand how the Linux kernel works by  
redistributing/rebuilding Trisquel. Maybe you meant "GNU/Linux":
