I believe the simplest and most effective way to contact quidam (Trisquel's  
leader who is the main, if not only, developer as well) is to connect to the  
#trisquel IRC channel on irc.freenode.net. Take a look at this great manual  
(kudos to AndrewT and SirGrant!).
