I just installed Triskel (KDE) and wanted a more recent KDE, so I used the
Kubuntu Backport PPA, not knowing if it's all libre or not; and I got this
issue with some of the packages needing version 4.8.4 and some others needing
4.8.2. Kubuntu doesn't think it's their packaging problem and think it's a
Trisquel cause. It may be a freedom issue, but I'll attach my output since
it's so much.
