You should change your repo address:

sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
and exchange "http://ftp.rediris.es/mirror/Trisquel/packages/"; to  
"http://es.archive.trisquel.info/trisquel/";

save and exit.

sudo aptitude update

and you should be set.
