I created a Trisquel Live USB drive and booted into it from the online  
system. The download worked beautifully, and the packages appear to have been  
installed successfully on the offline system. Now how do I access the GUI?  
It's not in my desktop shortcuts and the terminal command apt-offline-gui is  
not recognized.
