We already did it once. When Micro$oft Internet Explorer had 95% share of web
browsers we were really, really close to the situation that one could not
browse the net with anything else since "webmasters" didn't follow w3c
standards but proprietary M$ garbage.
This is a big challenge but it's about time we start to tackle it. It's only
consistent with our principles of software freedom.
