[Trisquel-users] workspaces / virtual desktops

errrrrrrrrr..... noob question, but... how do I switch between workspaces?  
(and where can I find the workspace settings?)

not sure if this is obvious in trisquel (and I'm being a moron) or if it just  
isn't as obvious as it should be.
