We don't understand it because in order for you to create, let's say, a  
processor, you need to use much more "power" like, many "BRAINS" planning it!  
That's what happens. We need many people's brain power, JUST to create a Quad  
Core Processor. That's why we don't understand these issues. But, because we  
have science that makes some leaps to reach the knowledge easier, we're  
beginning to understand it. Moreover, I would say, that in around 200 years  
we would have created some AI humans based!
