I use currently. Properly preserves metadata, if I remember correctly. Lacks a normalization feature (not repalygain, which I love but the audio players compiled for the ben Nano Note don't seam to support replaygain.), I have a badly hacked version which normalizes the audio using sox. http://software.aross.me or there's pacpl in the repo. which is what I have used in the past. sudo apt-get install pacpl
