Um, better check you Ubuntu version because there is no such thing as an  
"Ubuntu 11.01." Did you mean 11.10?

If you were using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) it would be possible to  
cross-grade over to Trisquel 6.0.1. Assuming that you meant Ubuntu 11.10 one  
option is to upgrade to 12.04 and then cross-grade over to Trisquel.

Other than that, debootstrap?

Anyway, your options are somewhat limited given the restrictions you've  
provided.
