Maybe there should only be one Trisquel iso.  The installer would  
automatically check the hardware for certain criteria such as RAM,  
availabilty of 3D acceleration, etc..., and automatically install the 'right'  
desktop: a basic one for machines which are either too old, or not  
free-software friendly (AMD/ATI cards), and a full-fledged one for the users  
who have a modern machine and the right kind of graphic card.  The first  
option could be LXDE, Xfce or GNOME Fallback/Flashback (whatever it's  
called).  The second option could be GNOME Shell or KDE.
