Just curious, in what way would blobs “creep” back in?
The users may put some back in, but
A. That's on them, and
B. You (or the devs) would never know.
By your statements I'm guessing you originally assumed it might not be in the  
user's control. What other way could it be? I'm not asking if it should be  
another way, I just can't actually think of any possible others. The devs  
already have control, so it's not them... then who? lol
