Looking in the currency list on that page - did you try Singapore or Hong  
Kong Dollars via Paypal?   Might be worth a try if your bank fees for  
international transactions are as high as they are in the UK.

In any event, by all means file a feature request for what I presume is  
Indian Rupee against Web in the Issues system.
