It's been removed (since Compiz 0.9.8, I think, along with other plugins, to  
accomodate for OpenGL or something like that). So the only solution is to go  
back to Trisquel 6....

Or maybe, just maybe, taking Compiz 0.8 from one of Debian 7's testing-period  
snapshots like shown in  
http://www.tim.vangehugten.org/installing-compiz-on-debian-wheezy/ will work.
