No. Development methodology issues such as "spaghetti code" (by which I take it you mean code that resembles the description in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spaghetti_code) are not within the realm of what can be addressed in a copyright license such as the GNU General Public License, the Mozilla Public License, the MIT X11 license, and so on.
