Honestly, I think it will be enough to respect Human Rights (HR).
http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/We don't need more plants, what we need is to enforce the basic rights we are entitled with just because we are humans. I really think the solution will be found when we demand respect to HR.
It's up to the citizens of the world to not let HR be just a soaked paper, not just something our grandparents once wrote.
