Don't know about the privacy.trackingprotection.enabled. Never heard of it, I  
don't have that entry in Iceweasel. I suspect it doesn't do the job that  
noscript, adblockedge or ublock with a good list and disconnect can do..
As for the geo.wifi.uri make sure geo.enabled is set to false - that will  
take care of the geo tracking, so you really don't need to modify the  
wifi.uri thing..
