This is really very annoying! In the last couple of months I had to change  
the repositories several times.
First, I used the Spanish repos until they started to make problems. After  
that I started to use the French repos until they stopped to work, which  
forced me to switch to the US repos. And now, the US repos are causing  
trouble again.

What's the reason for this totally unreliable infrastructure? Shouldn't it be  
relatively easy to synchronize the repos properly?
