Not with Intel, unless someone manages to reverse engineer stuff or Intel
changes their mind. First they had the proprietary BIOS. As if that wasn't
bad enough, enter Boot Guard. To make things even worse now this with the
video. Switching to AMD can address (some) of these three problems but the
long-term solution for RYF-capable hardware, really, will eventually have to
be leaving x86 entirely. I am once again reminded of
