I wouldn't recommend you make a Trisquel-based OS except for local or personal usage, however-- it would further split the community, and re-produce Trisquel's efforts.
You'll probably be editing the ISO-- I recall that Ubiquity has a folder
somewhere in /usr/* with the slideshow data. By editing the slideshow data in
that directory, you will be editing the slideshow.
