Yes I have even apt-get removed it and reinstalled the new libreoffice 5 but  
still doesn't show text at the top.

I'm thinking it is a theme issue, but still can't figure it out. I have tried  
changing the themes, but to no avail.

Its a really weird bug that I can't seem to even capture by screen-shot.
