I also found this guide.
Unfortunately it is not possible to (completely) use this with libreboot.
The Step "Decide if you want to install the GRUB boot loader to the master
boot record."
is not applicable, since in libreboot the GRUB has to be stored differently.

The speed dispatcher I set to zero volume in the sound menu. There it is 4
times, don't know why...
