[Trisquel-users] My heatsink fan is not working.

My fan hasn't been working so I just replaced my fan today and at this moment  
using the computer I replaced it with. When I turn the laptop on the fan  
doesn't start up I thought it is suppose to start when you first start the  
laptop up. How do I manually turn my fan on???
