[Trisquel-users] after updating, trisquel broke. -- how can i update it withput broke

hi all, im windows user and i istalled trisquel n after i did the system  
update by this launcher, it was broke,, im re downloading n im gonna burn a  
new dvd.

how can i update without broke?
