this part of the command, when using the --no-user-interaction argument,  
doesn't work: udisksctl power-off -b /dev/sdb1 --no-user-interaction

It does work with the unmount part though.
here's the message.
Error powering off drive: Not authorized to perform operation  
(udisks-error-quark, 4)

I want to make this part work without sudo prompt as well before trying with  
Thunar.
