Ratpoison is basically a gui version of Screen. You can get used to it, but
if you are consistent that will involve learning to use keyboard driven
browsers. You can still use the mouse, but why use ratpoison if you're going
to use the mouse for the apps you run in it? I've tried it a few times, I
prefer light mouse-based window managers like pekwm. But I end up going back
to desktop environments, just because they're so much easier.
