I heard back from lkcl in #arm-netbook and he directed me to this post on the  
mailing list  
http://lists.phcomp.co.uk/pipermail/arm-netbook/2016-August/011644.html which  
isn't actually the newer A20 cpu card, but the older A10 card. I suspect  
we'll hafta wait for the actual A20 schematics until the project begins  
shipping.
