EOMA68 is a standard, not hardware itself. You are probably referring to the Libre Tea Computer Card, which follows the standard. I once contributed to redacting the publication on Parabola project's website about Libre Tea Computer Card and also had hard time with people confusing it with EOMA68. Please read the campaign text again and slowly. Also, taking tct's message as reference, you asked about software pre-installed [probably] in the Libre Tea Computer Card (assumed since you got the name wrong): If that's the case, only the Respects Your Freedom certification can answer the question. Also tct replied in regards to hardware designs, not software.
