None Windows port runs on Windows XP due to limitation of cross-compiling of  
GNU IceCat since 31.5.0, even in the 38.8.0, GNU IceCat Windows port runs at  
minimal Vista and above (if you run the Windows port of GNU IceCat from  
Windows 8 and beyond, you gotta get better results).
