[Trisquel-users] There is No Sound After I Installed Trisquel! How do I Restart the Sound Service?

Hi. So I recently installed Trisquel on my thinkpad x60t but there is no  
sound on it. I thought that this was only an issue on some other distro I was  
using but it happened again. Why doesn't the sound work after install? I  
check to see I was muted but it wasn't. I heard that I have to restart the  
sound service but how do I do that?

Sorry I'm a noob when it comes to linux. I just don't get how the sound  
doesn't work after install.
