So Ublock Origin can do that, and privacy settings can deal with the safe
browsing config (though in itself pretty much harmless), is that right?
It's been a while I wanted to focus on useful to mandatory addons (depending
on the threat model).
This gives 2 more things to check:
- DNS Leaks
- Safe browsing (meh. But it's possible)
- geolocation (meh)
- referrer (I think it's that extra data on URLS, but I'm most likely talking
out of my ass. Kinda like Ace Ventura)
- Javascript
- https mandatory
- local emulation of CDN
- simulating other user agents (sometimes to merely access a webpage)
- unwanted redirections
- adblocking
- tracking, in general
I remember that you suggested one that only NoScript and Ublock Origin were
enough, if properly configured.
I want to check if all this can be covered, because only to addons would be
great.
