Also noting that after disabling Orca screen reader as per  
https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/disabling-orca-screen-reader, logging out and  
logging in again, I notice that the "orca" process was consuming 100% of one  
CPU core. Required a `killall -9 orca` to stop it.
