If you add the rpmfusion repository[1] (only the free one, of course) you'll be 
able to install free software that Red Hat can't ship due to patent 
restrictions. I'm not sure whether or not this includes media players built 
with mp4 support, but at minimum you should be able to install ffmpeg, download 
the video, and convert it to webm.
