It looks like the Zero Phone is based on the Raspberry Pi Zero. Assuming that the Raspberry Pi Zero has the same freedom issues as other Raspberry Pi models, the Zero Phone will probably be less free than the neo900 or Librem 5. I don't know much about it, though.
