PPAs usually take precedence over the system repos, so the PPA should be what's installed.
To check, you can do "apt search torbrowser-launcher" at the command line. If one of the packages are installed, you should see "[installed]" next to the package listing, like: <code>cal@flexo:~$ apt search torbrowser-launcher Ordenando... Hecho Buscar en todo el texto...
