Palemoon is not free software. > I don't understand linux file > structures. Have tried to delete all the libre office software but can't > seem to do it. Are you trying to remove software why deleting files manually? If so, don't. Use the package manager. The most beginner-friendly way is to go to Add/Remove Applications and remove the Libreoffice packages along with any other applications you don't want. You might also try launching Synaptic Package Manager, it exposes a little more complexity than Add/Remove Applications, so it's not quite as beginner friendly but gives you more control. Be careful though. If you aren't sure what something is, do a web search or ask here before removing it. Finally, if you are comfortable using a terminal, you can remove LibreOffice with # sudo apt remove libreoffice* > i realise a usb is not ideal to run this os but it's all i have right now. > > Ideas ? Is the issue that you only have one computer, and at this time cannot afford to completely replace your existing operating system with Trisquel? If so, would dual booting work for you?
