The binaries they distribute are proprietary.[1] You need to compile the browser yourself in order to use it under the terms of the MPL.[2] I haven't looked into whether there are any other restrictions, such as trademark restrictions, because I am not interested in a rebranding of Chromium that sells its users' brain cells.
